Common questions
Who is the LegalCRM Academy for?
Attorneys and the people who answer prospective clients for them: solo attorneys, intake staff, paralegals, managing partners, and operations leads. The lessons are written for Florida practices using LegalCRM, and the intake habits apply anywhere.
Is the academy included with LegalCRM?
Yes. Every LegalCRM plan includes the academy at no extra charge. What you can take depends on your plan, the same way practice packs do.
What does each plan include?
Every plan includes The New Attorney Intake Playbook and Intake That Signs, the solo course. Practice adds Team Intake in Two Languages, for staff, the AI voice agent, and website chat. Group adds Intake Across Offices, for routing, call tracking, case management hand-off, and the monthly review.
Is this legal advice?
No. The lessons are general education about running intake and using LegalCRM. They are not legal advice and do not create a client relationship. Aday Interactive, Inc. is not a law firm and is not affiliated with The Florida Bar or the American Bar Association. Rules change, so confirm the current text of any rule before relying on it, and use your own judgment or ethics counsel.
Does the AI guide give legal advice?
No. The guide helps you understand the lessons and run intake. It does not give legal advice on a matter and does not decide whether a message or ad meets the Bar rules. Do not paste client names or matter facts into it.
How long does it take?
The playbook takes about two hours. Each course part takes one to two hours, in short lessons you can finish in one sitting. Your progress is saved, so you can stop and pick up where you left off.
What language are the lessons in?
The lessons are in English. They teach how to run intake in English and Spanish, including how to write Spanish templates in Spanish rather than translating them.
Do I need to finish every course?
No. Start with the playbook and the course for your plan. Each course ends with a knowledge check, and passing it records your progress on your dashboard.
